From Maryland State Police:
The Maryland State Police, Bel Air Barracks, wants to notify motorists of expected traffic delays due to traffic signal outages along the Route 40 (Pulaski Highway) corridor. The outages are related to power outages in the Edgewood/Belcamp/Aberdeen area as a result of the severe thunderstorms that passed through the area on Friday evening.
Expect traffic pattern modifications at some intersections and traffic direction activity at other intersections by uniform troopers and Maryland State Highway Administration personnel.
If possible, attempt to avoid delays by avoiding these intersections. If you must commute through these areas please exercise patience and caution. These delays could last until Wednesday, July 4.
