From the State’s Attorney Office of Harford County:
On 19 June 2012, the Harford County Grand Jury indicted Alexander Kinyua, 21, for the murder of Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie,37, on May 25, 2012.
The indictment charges one count of First Degree Murder and one count of Carrying a Weapon with Intent to Injure.
The indictment follows a hearing in the District Court on Kinyua’s attorneys’ request for a competency evaluation. Judge Susan Hazlett ordered that Kinyua be transferred to Clifton Perkins Hospital for an evaluation.
Like I always said, “Once you try man, you’ll never eat ham”.

do ya think an appropriate comment would be to keep letting these type of people out on the street. I feel for the family OF THE VICTIM, but now all the rights go to the accused.
