The Havre de Grace City Council will hold a public hearing Monday night concerning a proposed ordinance which would amend the city code regarding Mixed Office/Employment Center zoning designation.
Also on the agenda Monday night are a budget ordinance introduced by councilman John Correri to establish an annual projection of anticipated revenues and proposed expenses for fiscal year 2013 and an ordinance introduced by councilman Joseph Smith to add an additional member to the Water and Sewer Commission.
The city council will also consider the reappointment of Pat Donavon to the Arts Commission and license agreements at 810 Market Street for a brick landscaping wall in the Market Street right of way and at 469 Commerce Street for picket fence to remain in the Union Ave right of way at Giles and Commerce.
