Smart Meters…..Dumb Delegate…..”That Was Easy”
Why would a Liberty minded organization be against a utility deciding that if you want their service you need to install a Smart Meter? Shouldn’t a business be able to dictate how you use their service? If you don’t like it, generate your own electricity or stop using electricity at all. Don’t make a private business lose money, or other customers subsidize your usage because you don’t like their requirements and they way they want to make money.
PUBLIC utilities are NOT private business. What a dumb thing to say. Do you really think an entrepreneur just started making electrity one day, and then decided to sell it to individuals?
Umm, yes Chad that’s more or less how it happened. Do you call the government when your power goes out? Could you imagine if government ran the utility companies? An outage that now lasts 1 or 2 days would go on for weeks!
“Public” utility is not an accurate term. They are really “regulated” utilities. We haven’t socialized them yet like in Venezuela, but it seems like we may be heading down that path.
I hope these Bilderberg criminals have to answer for their crimes one day… Some of these crooks need to be deported! There are some good articles on http://www.martiallawusa.com about exactly how banksters and unscrupulous politicians are ruining our country… Take a look sometime; scary stuff!
Please provide a specific thing that is a crime, that should be a crime in a free society? Unless they are actually stuffing the ballot boxes, they deserve to have their voice heard just like the next person and that is no more a crime than what any special interest group or citizens group such as the Campaign for Liberty does.
Is the complaint about The Bilderberg Group that they are somehow rigging elections? If not, why would Liberty minded people be upset about a private organization using their ability of free speech to influence elections and policy. Don’t Liberty minded people like rulings such as Citizens United that allowed people to have free speech when it came to political campaigns?
