From Harford County government:
Harford County Executive David R. Craig, joined by Bob Cooper, Director of the Department of Public Works, and local citizens, will cut the ribbon Tuesday morning and formally open the North Avenue Bridge between Irwin’s Choice Development, Stone Hedge, Village at Irwin’s Choice, and the Terrace at Irwin’s Choice, located north of the Town of Bel Air.
I’d love to post this photo of the small abandoned building near this development, “Irwin’s choice” because I have been so curious about who owned the home, why was it abandoned, is it going to be razed? It was such a charming little house, nigh well covered by vegetation. If I am curious, I thought someone else might be curious too. Thank you.
