D.E Johnson, author ofThe Detroit Electric Scheme and Motor City Breakdown, presented to a captive audience the stories of some of Detroit’s notorious characters at the height of the electric motorcar industry. Mr. Johnson spoke at the Jarrettsville Library and he is part of the Journey Stories Meet the Author Series. The Journey Stories Smithsonian Exhibition will open at the Abingdon Library on May 19th through July 6.Journey Stories includes associated exhibitions and author presentations.
