Regarding the agenda item entitled “Classification Study”, HCC has provided the following background info:
“Over the past year, the College has been involved in a Job Classification Analysis Project. The goal of the project is to determine the validity of the College’s existing job classification system and whether that system required revision.
The project has been finalized a recommended implementation plan is being submitted to the Board of Trustees for its consideration and approval at tonight’s meeting.”
