From the Aberdeen Police Department:
The two subjects that that were pronounced dead after being found unconscious in a tent last week have been identified as Tameka R. Hooker, 28 and George W. Woodrow, 32.
The cause of death is still under investigation; however, there was no foul play.
The third person transported to the hospital, Herbert Vinson, 32, was treated and released.
The homeless situation in Hartford county is an ongoing problem. No matter how many resources are available the homeless exceed the resources. Very sad story.
