The Harford County Council will meet Tuesday night to introduce and consider resolutions to declare land on Oakington Road as surplus property and to enter into a pilot agreement with St. John’s Commons, Inc.
Also on the agenda are bills regarding the reimbursement of Harford County Public Schools and a consent agreement with Maryland Department of the Environment relating to the closure of Spencer Landfill.
The county council will recognize Harford Living Treasures Scott Holden and George & Mary Elizabeth Rigdon and approve the executive appointments to the Citizens Nursing Home Board, Mental Health & Addiction, Department of Social Services Advisory Board, and Historic Preservation Commission.
