Maryland State Troopers from the JFK Highway Barrack “M” are asking for help in identifying a subject who robbed the Exxon Gas Station located at the Maryland House Rest Area near Aberdeen, MD on 11/09/11.
The suspect, a white male wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a white T-shirt, walked into the gas station at 12:30 p.m. and browsed the snack aisle. The suspect purchased a food item and continued to browse. A short time later, the suspect returned to the cashier, demanded cash and displayed a handgun. After receiving an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, the suspect fled on foot and possibly entered a silver car.
The suspect, believed to be 18 to 25 years old, 5’7” to 5’9” tall and weighing almost 160 pounds, is also sought in connection with the following robberies:
• Shell Station, 1026 Middleton Road, in Aberdeen, MD on 11/11/11 @ 6:14 p.m.;
• Royal Farms Store, U.S.40 and U.S. 222 in Perryville, MD on 11/13/11 @ 8:52 p.m.;
• 7-Eleven Store, 7651 Bel Air Road, near Overlea, on 11/14/11 @ 11:35 a.m.; and
• Rite-Aid, 1003 Pulaski Highway in Havre de Grace, MD on 11/15/11 @ 6:20 p.m.
