Body Found in Fallston Identified; No Foul Play Suspected in Death (UPDATED)

Police said foul play was not suspected in connection with the death of a Bel Air man whose body was found on a path in Fallston Tuesday afternoon.

The man was identified Wednesday as Thomas Patrick Sweeney, 49, of the 900 block of Sidehill Drive in Bel Air.

According to Harford County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Monica Worrell, the department received a call at approximately 12:30 p.m. Tuesday reporting a deceased white male between the ages of 50 and 60 found on a path in the 300 block of Fallston Blvd in Fallston.

No signs of trauma were found on Sweeney’s body, Worrell said. While the medical examiner’s office has yet to determine the cause of his death, she said Sheriff’s office detectives have determined that it was not suspicious in nature.
