North Harford Elementary Singers Raise Money to Buy Phone Cards for Soldiers

From Harford County Public Schools:

The North Harford Elementary School fifth grade Eagles Chorus performed the National Anthem at the Aberdeen Ironbirds baseball game on September 1, 2011, at Ripkin Stadium. A portion of the ticket sales from that evening raised $320 for a fundraiser called, “A Measure of Love.” The money will be donated to the Soldiers’ Angels Organization for the purchase of phone cards for soldiers serving away from their homes.
