From Harford Community College:
Harford Leadership Academy has announced new board members for 2011-2012. Members of the HLA board serve a three-year term, help develop and coordinate presentations for the Harford Leadership Academy, and facilitate a communications network between present and future Harford County leaders.
New HLA board members include:

Ms. Vanessa Milio – Harford County Chamber of Commerce
Ms. Terri Schell – Harford County Public Library
Ms. Gina Shaffer – Shaffer, McLauchlin & Stover, LLC
Dr. Robert Tomback – Superintendent, Harford County Public Schools
Outgoing board members:

Harford Leadership Academy, a joint project between Harford Community College and Harford County Chamber of Commerce, is designed to promote the development of existing and emerging leaders in the community to create a committed, involved and diverse network of leaders in Harford County. The year 2012 marks the twenty-second anniversary of the program which has graduated more than 700 leaders who live and/or work in Harford County. Doesn’t Tomback have enough work to do with HCPS? If things are as bad in the HCPS as he makes them out to be THAT should be the focus of his energies. After all that is what he is being paid (rather handsomely) to do.
