Decision on 2011-12 Calendar Adjustment, Calendar Grid Revised
Decision on Xerox 4112 Lease
. Approved the 2011 Educational Facilities Master Plan for submission to the State by July 1, 2011.
· Approved the promotion of Ms. Karen L. Briguglio to 10-month elementary assistant principal at Bakerfield Elementary School. Publicly acknowledged those who were appointed at the June 13th Board meeting, they were: Mr. Bradley A. Palmer, supervisor of compensatory education; Mr. Howard E. Eakes, assistant supervisor of science; and, Ms. Mary E. Gernand, assistant principal 12-month, John Archer School.
· Received a presentation regarding the schedule for Class of 2012 graduation ceremonies.
· Received a presentation on the preliminary proposal for the FY2013 Capital Improvement Program budget request. The 2013 Capital Improvement Budget will be revised during the next two months as we receive requested changes from the Board of Education and input from other stakeholders, as a capital budget is developed that meets the Board objectives for the upcoming year.
· Received a presentation on the Contractor Table of Rates for July 2011 – June 2012.
· Received a presentation on the HCPS Strategic Communications Plan.
