The Havre de Grace City Council will hold public hearings Monday night on a a pair of ordinances which would amend chapters of the city code relating to rental property and the Landlord/Tenant Commission.
The city council is also expected to introduce a resoluation authorizing the refinancing of three bonds, issued in 1987, 1992 and 2000, in order for the city to obtain a lower interest rate.
Also during Monday night’s meeting, the city council will recognize students of the month Maggie Malia of Meadowvale Elementary, Natalie Gorham of Havre de Grace Middle School; and Sara Corder of Havre de Grace High School. A proclamation of recognition will also be presented to the Havre de Grace High School Music Department.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
