From the Harford County State’s Attorney’s Office:
On February 17, 2011, Jhugh Joshua Metcalf, age 28, of Edgewood Maryland, entered guilty pleas to three counts of sexual offense in the second degree for sexually assaulting a four year old girl in Harford County. The assaults took place in the girl’s bedroom in Edgewood from October to November of 2009. Mr. Metcalf was temporarily residing with the girl’s family. Mr. Metcalf was sentenced by Judge William O. Carr to a total of sixty years, with twenty years suspended. He will serve forty years in the Division of Corrections and will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Mr. Metcalf is also facing related federal charges for production of child pornography that was found on his video camera and his laptop computer.
The charges were brought after members of the Edgewood community found Metcalf’s video camera and determined that it contained child pornography. The camera was turned into the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Southern Precinct. Detectives from the Harford County Child Advocacy Center were able to identify the child contained in the video. The defendant was arrested and charged the same day. The case was also investigated by the Harford County Department of Social Services. The case was prosecuted by Diane Tobin, Assistant State’s Attorney. who complimented the investigation that was done by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, the Department of Social Services, State’s Attorney Joseph Cassilly particularly thanked the members of the Edgewood community who turned the camera and the defendant into the police.
People like this should be castrated and then allowed to bleed out slowly. Seriously, no treatment in the world would cure this A$$HOLE of his “disorder”. If that was my kid on the video camera I would’ve killed him myself.
