Aberdeen Planning Commission has a fulll agenda Wednesday night, including discussion of the city’s Comprehensive Plan and future annexations in the Bush Chapel area, new subdivision regulations, and possible amendments to the wellhead protection plan.
The “future land use recommendations” to be considered could include two separate annexations – the 27-acre Bush Chapel 30 Acres LLC property, which is located in the 300 block of Bush Chapel Road and was purchased by an Owings Mills entity in 2009 for $2.5 million, and the 30-acre Aberdeen Green Properties LLC parcel, which is located at the end of Johnson Lane.
The Aberdeen Planning Commission meeting begins at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
