From Harford County government:
The Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation has reinitiated their “Adopt-A-Park” program. The department is seeking individuals or organizations that want to help take pride in their community by getting outdoors to help keeps parks, trails, playgrounds and sports fields beautiful.
There is no cost or fee to participate in the “Adopt-A-Park” program.
