Mr. Francis F. “Rick” Grambo, III will be sworn in as a member of the Board of Education of Harford County on Monday, December 20, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. in the boardroom of the A.A. Roberty Building in Bel Air.
Representing North Harford, Grambo was elected in November to a four-year term on the school board beginning on July 1, 2011. In the interim, Grambo was appointed by Gov. Martin O’Malley to fill a vacancy left by Board Member Robin Rich. Rich resigned from the school board effective December 1, citing work obligations.
Grambo will join the board during a time of elementary school redistricting, and on the same day that the superintendent will present his recommended operating budget for next year.
Rick Grambo is an electrical engineer and project manager with Pritchard Brown in Baltimore. A longtime resident of Harford County, Grambo has two young children, one of whom attends Harford County Public Schools.
