The Aberdeen Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) will host the “Soldier Santa Ball” at the Hilton Baltimore on Friday, December 10th from 6pm to 11:00pm.
The proceeds from the Solider Santa Ball will provide care packages to deployed Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Soldiers; holiday meals for APG Soldiers and their families; holiday meals for deployed APG Soldiers’ families; holiday meals for APG wounded Warriors and help to defer the cost for APG Soldiers to attend this event.
Mary Jane Jernigan, AUSA – Aberdeen President encourages, “Please remember our Soldiers, especially during this holiday season. I ask you to reach out to our Soldiers and let them know how much we love and appreciate their dedication to this great nation of ours.”
Tickets to the event are available at a cost of $50 per person or $400 per table (a table includes 6 persons for the purchaser and two tickets for Soldiers).
The evening will include a no host cocktail hour followed by dinner, musical entertainment by Reminiscence and Dancing with DJ – Sammy K. A Silent Auction will be featured. Jernigan explains, “This event is for a worthy cause and we will have great fun as well!”
Event sponsorship opportunities are available. Donations of door prizes and auction items are also being sought. AUSA is a nationally recognized non profit organization that supports our Soldiers and their families.
