Harford Purse Group Focuses on Saving, Spending and Borrowing in Volatile Market

From the Harford County Purse Group:

Learning a new approach to saving, spending and borrowing in a volatile market is the topic of the Harford County Purse Group meeting Thursday, October 21, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Barnes and Noble, 620 Marketplace Drive in Bel Air.
At the meeting, participants will learn ways to plan for emergencies, improve cash flow, build cash reserve and manage debts to help cut interest costs.

The Harford County Purse Group is a gathering of women who are interested in increasing their financial literacy. The group meets every third Thursday at Barnes and Noble, and the meetings are open to the public and free of charge. Light refreshments are also served.

Lenora C. Hammett, MBA, a longtime financial advisor in Bel Air, facilitates the Harford County Purse Group.
