Harford Community College offers free Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes for adults interested in improving their basic reading, writing or math skills. Tuition-based GED classes are also available for adults seeking to obtain their GED. In order to join these classes, it is necessary to attend one of the following free advising sessions.
