Attached is a composite sketch of the suspect wanted by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office in reference to the sexual assault that occurred near Susquehanna State Park on Monday October 5, 2009. On Monday October 5, 2009,Harford County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded for a report of sexual assault that occurred in the area of the Susquehanna State Park.
The victim stated that on Monday evening between 6pm and 7pm she was parked on Rock Run Road near Stafford Road when a man entered her vehicle and attacked her. The victim described her attacker as a clean-shaven white male with dark hair. The victim explained that the suspect had distinctively bulging brown eyes.
