Body Found In Drainage Ditch Confirmed As Drowned Aberdeen Man, 51

The body found in a drainage ditch in Aberdeen on October 2nd was identified by police as Wayne A Bowser, 51, of Aberdeen. Aberdeen police said he died as a result of an accidental drowning.

At about 10:00 a.m. on Oct. 2 a contract worker discovered a body in a drainage ditch just off the eastbound exit ramp of Route 715 at Pulaski Highway in Aberdeen.
