(Bel Air, MD) – – The Harford County Transportation Management Association kicks-off the 2009/2010 season on September 22 with the first in a series of forums. The meeting will take place from 9:00– 10:00 AM in Room 130 of the Higher Education and Applied Technology (HEAT) Center, 1201 Technology Drive in Aberdeen.
Janet Gleisner, Chief of Land Use and Transportation for the Harford County Department of Planning and Zoning, and Alex Rawls, transportation planner, will be the guest speakers at the September 22, 2009 meeting. They will explain the new features of Harford County’s Transportation element plan and the potential impact on transportation systems in the County.
Join us to learn how these features will have an impact on your quality of life. Implementation of the plan which is currently under review will begin later this year.
