How much are we paying these people to tell us the food isn’t warm enough?
Or cold enough. Mayo that is not kept cold enough is the one that bothers me. I have a friend that got food poisoning from bad mayonnaise in a restaurant sandwich. He spent the next couple of days hooked up to an IV in the hospital. Apparently, it can also take a long time before your stomach “feels right” again.
I had to look up what, “spoilage and adulteration” meant. I thought they were doing something very bad to my food…
That’s funny…but sick at the same time 🙂

Ive managed restaurants for years. Its funny that the health department really does not post everything it finds wrong. I have personally seen the last health dept write ups for 3 places listed above and there was alot more then food being held at proper temperature.
