It’s last call for candidates to fill the open seat on the Harford County Republican Central Committee. The deadline for applications is midnight this Friday, July 17th. Candidate interviews are planned for Wednesday, August 19th beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Bel Air Library.*
The public is welcome to attend.

Closing of Applications for Central Committee – The Central Committee is delighted to report that several people have applied for the position on the Central Committee recently vacated by Mike Geppi. We will be interviewing the candidates on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19TH at the Bel Air Public Library beginning at 6:30 pm. Candidates will be contacted for to schedule a 10 to 15 minute interview. If you are interested in the position, there is still time to apply. The deadline to respond to the questions and request for information, which can be found at www.harfordgop.org , is MIDNIGHT, FRIDAY, JULY 17TH. Update – Looks like 10 candidates are expected to vie for a spot on the Harford Republican Central Committee, per chairwoman Kim Wagner. Interviews are still scheduled for August 19th, but there’s been a change of venue (the Bel Air Library now closes at 8pm due to budget cuts).
New location is the Harford County Government Administration Building, 2nd floor conference room. Interviews will also begin a bit earlier than expected at 6:15 pm and end sometime before 9 pm. Public is welcome.
