(Harford County, MD – January 29, 2009) – Harford County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a home invasion and assault that occurred in the 3700 block of Torey Lane, Abingdon, MD on January 27, 2009 at approximately 8:35 p.m.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. the 17 year old female resident was watching television when she heard a knock at the door. She believed the person to be a neighbor and when she opened the door, a male subject forced his way into the residence.
While in the residence, the subject displayed a knife and forced the female onto a couch. She believed the subject was going to sexually assault her and a struggle ensued. She was ableto fight off her attacker and for an unknown reason; the subject exited the residence through a kitchen window and then jumped off the 10’-12’ high rear deck.
The female suffered minor injuries; however, she did not require medical attention.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early to mid 40’s, 6’0” weighing 250-300 lbs, with a partial graying full beard. He was wearing black jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt, and a black knit cap.

Well this would have been his last job if he had come into my house. Every one in my house knows how too and will use a gun for self defense. That is the whole point of the 2nd Amendment. I would rather be judged by twelve then carried by six!!!!!!!
