On Saturday September 6th, from 12-4 pm, DuClaw Brewing Company in Bel Air will feature ales from 12 local breweries, along with live music, all for a good cause. A portion of the proceeds from The Real Ale Festival 2008 will benefit FARM (Fallston Animal Rescue Movement).
Tickets are $45, and may still be available online at http://www.duclaw.com/marketing/realalefest/tickets.aspx.
Participating breweries will include Barley and Hops, The Brewer’s Art, Clay Pipe, Clipper City, Pub Dog, DuClaw Brewing Company, Flying Dog Brewery, Franklins, Growlers, Oliver Breweries Ltd., The Raven, and Red Brick Station.
I will be there. Will any of you?
I would have been interested in going, but $45 for 4 hours? Plus, now add in the expected weather.
I don’t care. I’m a die hard beer lover. I’ll be there no matter what.
If only Dogfish was going to be there, I could definitely drink $45 worth of the 90 minute…
If you would just drink a few of those, it would be worth $45. FYI, if you like hoppy beers, check out Gordon by Oskar Blues Brewery. It comes in a can, but it’s awesome stuff.
Sounds like a convention for Alcoholics. Duclaw’s that is.
I think I might go….mabey they got a Binding export
